Zoe joins from Cushman & Wakefield where she was an equity partner and head of London development during the 12 years she spent there.
A strategic adviser and development manager specialising in mixed-use development, Zoe has advised on a number of high-profile redevelopment projects, such as for Transport for London at Earls Court and North Greenwich, the United States Department of State on the disposal of the US embassy in Grosvenor Square and the subsequent new embassy at Nine Elms.

Zoe will jointly manage CBRE’s UK development and residential capital markets team together with Peter Burns, who leads the team’s transactional business.
The 65-strong team operates from London and 11 UK offices.
